As a lifelong New Yorker, Peter Bradley was thrilled when he started working on the Stone Barns property in 2004. He has deep roots in the Hudson Valley and is thrilled to use his experience in restaurants, food, and building management to pursue Stone Barns’ missions, particularly sustainable systems. He received his BA in Economics from City University of New York and had a long restaurant career in New York City before coming to the farm.
On the side: Peter and his family love exploring the Hudson Valley’s Nature and restaurants. He is a musician who loves discovering and playing guitar with friends and family.
