Phoebe is a member of the Livestock Team at Stone Barns Center. She hails from Boston and earned dual degrees in Spanish Language and Sustainable Food Systems from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. She has worked in both the sustainable and conventional agricultural spheres, with experience ranging from vegetable production and livestock management to agricultural education and draft animal power. She believes that there is room in food and farming for everyone, and that multilingual resources and organizing are as vital as composting or rotational grazing when it comes to transforming our broken food system.

On the side: Phoebe loves eating meals other people have cooked, keeping rabbits and working on many arts and crafts projects from printmaking to digital art to quilting.
