Curate your day from the menu of activities: roam through the Research Showcase and taste test our latest projects; attend a Culinary Demonstration and Botanical Beverage class; book a Lunch Tray in the Cafeteria; hop on a Hayride; and shop for Stone Barns produce, meat, and eggs at the outdoor market.

Breakfast will be available in the Cafeteria from 9:30am to 11:00am.
