Stone Barns members are invited to a behind-the-scenes discussion with Blue Hill cooks and Stone Barns farmers. Each month features a special topic related to our latest research, culinary innovation, and seed breeding work.

Signups are released on a seasonal basis. The spring season of Member Thursday will release on February 15th.
